Rum Old-Fashioned Your Way: Add 3 dashes of bitters and sugar (or simple syrup) to taste to a rocks glass and stir. Add ice.  Add 1.5 - 2 oz Diplomatico Rum and stir to combine. Garnish with an orange peel.
