• Ritual serve is 1.5 oz. of Mezcal Unión Uno neat in a Veladora glass
• Mezcal Paloma
• 1.5 oz. Mezcal Unión Uno
• 2 oz. fresh squeezed pink grapefruit juice
• .5 oz. Fresh lime juice
• .5 oz Simple Syrup
• Pinch of salt
• Splash of soda water
• Garnish with a lime slice, rim of lava salt
• Pineapple Sour
• 1.5 oz. Mezcal Unión Uno
• 2 oz. Pineapple juice
• .5 oz. fresh lime juice
• .25 oz. agave syrup
• Garnish with dehydrated pineapple; rim of tajin optional

Matured for 8 to 14 years, cooked, fermented, double-distilled and expertly blended to boast balanced fruity and herbal notes, along with a hint of smoke that adds depth and complexity.
