Suggested Serves

• 1.5 oz. Pierde Almas LPV
• Method: Serve with orange, watermelon, pineapple or cucumber slice, garnished with worm salt or tajin.
• Young Soul
• 1 oz. Pierde Almas LPV
• .75 oz. Fresh lime juice
• .5 oz. Yuzuri liquor
• .25 oz. Agave syrup
• Club soda
• Method: Mix ingredients on a salt-rimmed highball glass over ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with an orange peel
• Mezcal Mojito
  
• 1.5 oz. Pierde Almas LPV
• .75 oz. Fresh lime juice
• .5 oz. Simple syrup
• Club soda
• 1 Strawberry
• 5 Mint leaves
• Method: Muddle mint and strawberries with agave nectar and lime juice in a highball glass. Add LPV, club soda, and ice, then stir. Garnish with strawberry & mint.

Production Notes

Made with 100% cultivated Espadin. The agave pinas are roasted for 6-10 days and crushed to extract the agave nectar. Fermentation takes approximately 7 days. The liquid is double distilled.
